Jackpot winner denied money

A gambler won jackpot at Hard Rock Casino. He was pretty excited to learn that finally his gamble has paid up fortune to him. His happiness was short-lived as the officials told him that machine wrongly showed him as winner and the amount he won was not of jackpot. He was also told that he would get some money still but later the officials informed him that they are not going to pay him anything. Somebody promised moon and did not deliver. The argument broke out and Casino felt that its credibility is at stake. Due to intervention of management, the matter was resolved. But still he was not paid jackpot money. Some mid-way solution was worked out. The details of exact amount of money are not available but it is learnt that matter was sorted out in the favor of gambler and he was paid amount he deserved fairly. Is it the case of bad luck? Certainly for a gambler jackpot is the ultimate goal and denying money is like playing with someone’s aspirations.
